This year we're working together with our friends at Lewes Astronomical Society to organise a STEM Speakers Symposium. This year's event features speakers talking about a diverse range of subjects with talks accessible for a different age groups.
2024's event is taking place at the All Saints Centre.
2024's speakers event will take place on Saturday 16th November. Talks will occur during the afternoon and into the evening following the schedule below.
Tickets are available via Ticketsource and are on sale from 23 September.
The centrepiece of the festival is the STEM Fair. The STEM Fair will include exhibits contributed by the Universities (Brighton and Sussex), companies, charities, and other organisations. Last year's STEM fair included over 30 different exhibits and welcomed more than 1100 visitors.
The STEM Fair is held in Lewes Town Hall. Entrance is via the Fisher Street Entrance. The Town Hall is easily accessible via public transport with Lewes Railway Station just down the hill. Car parking is available nearby at the Needlemakers or elsewhere in town.
2024's fair will take place on Sunday 17th November. This is a change from previous years because of the availability of the Town Hall. The fair will be open from 11am until 3pm.
Attendance at the STEM fair is entirely FREE and you do not need tickets. There will be activities suitable for a wide range of age groups.
